Abstract

In May 2014 an inflation of 0.25 percent in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) amounted to 149.43.
Inflation occurs because of the increase in the price indicated by the rise in the index of the foodstuff by 0.66 percent; housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel by 0.33 percent and education, recreation and sport 0.11 percent. While the groups clothing and transport, communication and financial services decreased respectively 0.09 percent and 0.03 percent. Food, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco and health groups are relatively unchanged.
