Hi Data Friends, in 2024 BPS Grobogan Regency will conduct a Data Satisfaction Survey (SKD), a survey to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve the quality of data and statistical information and provide better public services.

Obtaining consumer perceptions of service quality, BPS data quality, and identifying consumer data needs.

This survey produces a Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), Consumer Satisfaction Percentage, and Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
