Grobogan Regency BPS Service Satisfaction Index Results of the 2023 Data Requirements Survey.
The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted and designed by BPS to identify the level of consumer needs and satisfaction levels in order to improve the quality of data and statistical information and provide better public services.
Based on the results of the 2023 Data Needs Survey, in BPS Grobogan Regency the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) on the quality of Integrated Statistical Services (PST) was 91.15, including in the Very Good category and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) was 93.4, this means behavior Anti-corruption is strictly implemented in PST BPS Grobogan Regency. The percentage of consumer satisfaction with services was 97.53%, satisfaction with data access was 100% and satisfaction with facilities and infrastructure was 100%
