The complaint service aims to provide a clear and effective channel for data users to submit input, criticism or complaints regarding the statistical services provided. The aim is to ensure that any problems or dissatisfaction that arise can be handled quickly and appropriately. Data users can submit complaints through various communication channels provided by BPS Grobogan district.

After the complaint is received, the appointed team will examine the complaint or input submitted by the community. This process involves verifying information, tracing the root cause of the problem, and identifying appropriate solutions. Throughout this process, open and transparent communication with the complainant will be maintained to provide a clear understanding of the status and progress of complaint handling.
