Taking place in the Grobogan district BPS hall on December 29 2023, Grobogan District BPS held the 2023 End of Year Service Meeting which was chaired directly by the Head of Grobogan district BPS, Mr. Anang Sarwoto, S.Si, M.M. This meeting is an important forum to discuss future plans for 2024, especially regarding programs and policies that will be implemented in 2024. The following is a summary of the main points of discussion at the meeting:
1. Formation of Team Leaders and Employee Work Matrix
One of the main focuses of the meeting is the formation of Team Leaders and Employee Work Matrix. The success of an organization relies heavily on good collaboration and coordination between teams. In this context, BPS Grobogan Regency plans to form an effective team and ensure that employee work matrices are in line with organizational goals.
2. Salary and Performance Allowances (Single Salary) Based on Work Performance
Increasing employee performance is a serious concern in the 2024 plan. The meeting discussed the implementation of a salary and performance allowance system based on work performance (single salary) to provide enthusiasm to all employees in achieving the performance targets of all existing teams.
3. Increased Discipline
The meeting also looked at disciplinary issues at the organizational level. If there are employees who are often not in the office without a clear reason, they will be counted as KJK (reduction of working hours), an issue that will be discussed in depth. Efforts to increase discipline are expected to increase efficiency and productivity.
4. Preparation of SAKIP Documents and WBK Documents
In order to increase accountability and transparency, the meeting also discussed the preparation of SAKIP documents and WBK documents. It is hoped that this document can serve as a guide in carrying out its duties and provide a clear picture of BPS Grobogan Regency's commitment to preventing corruption.
5. LHKPN/LHKASN report and Annual SPT
Finally, the meeting discussed the importance of submitting State Officials' Asset Reports (LHKPN/LHKASN) and Annual Notification Letters (SPT) as a form of compliance with applicable rules and regulations. Openness and accountability of employees in financial matters and reporting assets is the main basis for maintaining organizational integrity.
It is hoped that the 2023 End of Year Meeting will be a solid starting point to ensure that BPS Grobogan Regency can face 2024 with a targeted strategy and focus on improving service quality and organizational performance.
