On November 17 2023, the Grobogan Regency Central Statistics Agency (BPS) held an official meeting chaired directly by the Head of BPS, Mr. Anang Sarwoto, S.Si, M.M.
The first point which is the main focus in this official meeting is the planned activities which will be held at the GrandMaster hotel on Monday 20 November 2023 which will discuss the Socialization, Evaluation, Coordination and Communication of the results of the 2023 Agricultural Census. This activity will be attended by all Relevant stakeholders include OPD, Vertical Agencies, Subdistrict Heads and Village Heads throughout Grobogan Regency, as well as the Cantik Village agent (Cinta Statistik)
The next point discussed in the official meeting was preparations for statistical partner competency test selection activities in 2024. Several things that were focused on in this discussion included:
**a. Preparation of a competency test selection activity plan, including the stages to be carried out, implementation schedule, and allocation of required resources.
**b. Determining selection criteria for statistical partners whose competency will be tested, including data analysis skills, understanding of statistical concepts, and communication skills.
**c. Discussion of development strategies for selected statistical partners, including further training, coaching and other supports to increase their capacity.
This official meeting reflects the commitment of BPS Grobogan Regency to continue to maintain the quality and accuracy of statistical data, while ensuring the active involvement of statistical partners in supporting the implementation of statistical activities at BPS Grobogan Regency in the future.
