On Monday, February 12 2024, at the Grobogan Regency BPS hall, an official meeting was held which was chaired directly by Mr. Anang Sarwoto, S.Si, M.M., as Head of the Grobogan Regency BPS. In this meeting, several important points discussed included the division of work teams, performance agreements, and discussion of Employee Performance Goals.
One of the main agendas in this official meeting is the division of work teams. Mr. Anang Sarwoto, S.Si, M.M., as Head of BPS Grobogan Regency, chaired the meeting regarding the division of work teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in implementing BPS tasks in the future. In this division, the expertise, experience and competence of each employee is taken into account to ensure the smooth implementation of their duties.
Apart from the division of work teams, the official meeting also discussed performance agreements. Performance agreements are an important instrument in setting performance targets and evaluating employee performance. In this meeting, Mr. Anang Sarwoto, S.Si, M.M., underlined the importance of performance agreements as a basis for achieving the strategic goals of BPS Grobogan Regency. Each employee is expected to be able to set realistic and measurable performance targets to achieve optimal results.
One of the important moments in this official meeting was the handing over of Decree (SK) for promotion by Mr Anang Sarwoto, S.Si, M.M to seven employees who were promoted as of February 1 2024. The handing over of this SK was an appreciation for the dedication and loyalty of the employees in serving to BPS Grobogan Regency.
By dividing appropriate work teams, measurable performance agreements, and handing over promotion decrees to employees who excel, it is hoped that BPS Grobogan Regency can continue to be an institution that is professional, has integrity and trustworthiness and can be relied on in providing accurate and high-quality statistical data.
