Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify the need for statistical data and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD has been implemented by the Directorate of Statistical Dissemination through the Subdirectorate of Reference to Statistics since 2005. SKD BPS Grobogan Regency has been implemented since 2016 until the latest 2020. The results obtained from the SKD consist of data user characteristics, data needs analysis, data quality satisfaction analysis, and service unit performance analysis.
