Agricultural Economic Survey
Grobogan Regency BPS is holding training for 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) officers. This follow-up activity to the 2023 Agricultural Census (ST2023) is designed in a hybrid manner, namely online and offline learning. Online will be held on 28-29 May 2024 via zoom meeting media. Meanwhile, offline training will be held at the Grand Master Hotel, Purwodadi on 30-31 May 2024.
The training was attended by 25 participants, consisting of 18 BPS partners as data collectors and 6 Grobogan BPS employees as supervisory officers. As a form of collaboration and support, this activity was also attended by representatives from the Grobogan Regency Agriculture Service.
This training aims to equip officers with concepts and definitions and data collection procedures according to the SOP that has been determined so that officers are expected to fulfill the competencies that have been determined. During the training, officers were given material related to agricultural economic surveys, data collection techniques, procedures for filling out documents and data collection methods. Officers were also given direct interview practice with officers through roleplaying with two respondents.
By implementing the 2024 SEP Training, BPS Grobogan Regency hopes to increase the accuracy and credibility of the agricultural economic survey data produced. Accurate and high-quality data is very important for appropriate planning and policy making in the agricultural sector.
