On Tuesday 5 March 2024 at 08.00 WIB at the Grobogan Regency BPS Office Hall, the employee Integrity Pact Signing activity was carried out within the Grobogan Regency BPS environment. With the Integrity Pact, it is hoped that all Grobogan Regency BPS employees will be more disciplined, honest and responsible in carrying out their duties.
The Integrity Pact is a formal commitment taken by employees to adhere to the values of ethics, integrity and professionalism in carrying out their duties. With the Integrity Pact, it is hoped that Grobogan district BPS employees will better understand the importance of maintaining integrity, transparency and accountability in every aspect of their work.
This Integrity Pact contains moral and ethical principles that must be adhered to by employees, such as honesty, exemplary, openness and dedication in providing the best service to the community. By complying with the Integrity Pact, it is hoped that a more professional and quality work environment will be created, as well as increasing public trust in the services provided by BPS Grobogan district.
Apart from that, the Integrity Pact can also be a tool to enforce discipline and take action against violations of ethics or integrity committed by employees. With appropriate monitoring and law enforcement mechanisms in place, employees will be more considerate of their actions and more careful in carrying out their duties in accordance with the values stated in the Integrity Pact.
