As part of the Development of the Village of Love Statistics (Beautiful Village), an Evaluation of the Beautiful Village Program was carried out on Wednesday, December 20 2023 at the Putat Village Hall, Purwodadi District.
This activity was attended by Putat Village Officials, Grobogan Regency BPS Beautiful Village Team, Grobogan Regency Diskominfo representatives, Grobogan Regency Dispermades representatives, and the Putat Village Statistics Agent.
In his speech, the Head of the BPS Grobogan Regency Beautiful Village Team, Mr. Bambang Sudiyanto, said that the aim of launching this Beautiful Village was to increase literacy, awareness and the active role of village officials and the community in carrying out statistical activities; standardization of statistical data management; optimizing the use and utilization of statistical data so that village development programs are right on target; and establishing a village level statistical agency. Thus, cooperation from various parties is needed so that the goals of the Beautiful Village can be achieved.
A summary of the results of the 2023 Village Cantik development assessment was also presented, including that the Statistical Agent's Decree was not yet accurate, there was a lack of documented evidence of the activity of the Statistical Agent, data consistency between media had not been met, the presence/involvement of village officials/instruments in the development was relatively small, the website could not be opened and the data was incomplete. displayed on the website is still relatively simple/few, and the data collection process for the program plan has not been explained.
With this Beautiful Village evaluation activity, it is hoped that all problems and deficiencies in implementing activities in 2023 can be immediately resolved for better planning and steps in 2024.
